The horizontal axis has three bars representing MET (Motivational Enhancement Therapy); TSF (Twelve-Step Facilitation); and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). The vertical axis runs from zero to 450 dollars. The mean estimated monthly post-treatment costs for the three treatment conditions ranged from $359 for MET to $433 for CBT and $407 for TSF.
